World Psoriasis Day 2023 in Taiwan

The 2023 World Psoriasis Day Forum and medical lectures were successful.

This year's World Psoriasis Day activities include a psoriasis forum in the morning and medical lectures in the afternoon. The forum invites experts and scholars、patient representatives from many professional fields, such as clinicians, public health scholars, and representatives of relevant responsible agencies, to discuss different perspectives. , hoping to improve the government and the public's awareness of psoriasis, and urging the country to invest sufficient budget in the health education and medical treatment of psoriasis. The afternoon medical lectures were divided into five major themes: First is systemic treatment of pustular psoriasis and patient Journey sharing, the second one is psoriatic arthritis treatment, the third one is care psoriasis on nails and private parts, the fourth one is integrated medical treatment of psoriasis and the final one is health education video of hidradenitis suppurativa, etc., We invite clinical experts from various professional fields to share with patients, care givers and healthcare providers. Nowadays, there are more treatment options for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis than ever before, and holistic care is also constantly improving. The patients and their families who participated in this event were very enthusiastic and all seats were occupied., the patients came together to encourage each other and do a good job in self-health management.
