I was diagnosed with psoriasis at the age of 14. Social acceptance and even self-acceptace have always been a huge struggle. I found it very hard to seek support from the people around me because they didn't understand what I was going through. During most of my journey, I felt incredibly alone, and even dealt with depression.
Today I have the support of a loving community, and I do advocacy and coaching for people living with psoriatic disease and their families. I want to raise awareness especially in Southeast Asia countries. The discrimination we face in the SEA community is still very prevalent as the awareness and education isn't sufficient. I would like to do my part.
